The story of My-Handcraft began with heartbreak. Founder Mark lost his beloved Keeshond, Mercedes, to a decision made in the dark. She had mild epilepsy—but Mark didn’t know better, and didn’t know where to turn. There was no guidance, no help.

But now, things are different.
