Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of my-handcraft.com and purchases from My-Handcraft. My-Handcraft is operated by OPTIMAL GO (HONG KONG) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies posted on the Site, describe the rights and responsibilities that apply when you use our services or place an order.
By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Effective date: September 4, 2026
1. Eligibility
You must have reached the age of legal majority in your place of residence, or otherwise have the valid permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site and place an order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding its credentials and activity. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account without our written authorization.
2. Our Online Store
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. Your use of Shopify-powered features may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy notices.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, materials, compatibility information, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, and handmade or material characteristics may cause reasonable differences.
Product details, availability, and prices may change without notice. Product-specific information displayed at the time of purchase forms part of your order.
All products are subject to availability. We may reasonably limit quantities by customer, household, order, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Information on the Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Where permitted by law, we may correct the information or cancel an affected order. If we cancel an order after charging payment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
4. Compatibility and Customer-Provided Information
You are responsible for reviewing measurements, compatibility requirements, model details, and configuration information before ordering and for supplying accurate information for custom products.
Contact us before ordering if you are uncertain about compatibility. Customer-selected errors involving size, model, year, version, specification, or configuration are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
5. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, inaccurate product or pricing information, suspected fraud, payment problems, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item to the original payment method.
Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. A request is not guaranteed once an order has entered production, preparation, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless we authorize another use in writing.
6. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site or at checkout. Exchange rates or card-provider fees may apply when your payment account uses another currency.
Applicable taxes and standard shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. Orders accepted through our checkout are arranged so customers should not be required to pay additional customs duties or import charges on delivery. If an unexpected import-related payment is requested, contact us before paying it.
7. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout and are processed by Shopify or other payment providers.
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may cancel or hold an order when payment cannot be authorized or when additional verification is reasonably required.
8. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional specifications or confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving those details.
After specifications are confirmed and production, preparation, or fulfillment begins, the order cannot ordinarily be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged for non-quality-related reasons, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Ownership and risk will pass as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and the 12-month limited product warranty are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
11. Reviews and Other User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and its text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, logos, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to My-Handcraft and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without permission, except as allowed by law.
13. Third-Party Names and Compatibility References
Third-party brand names, product names, vehicle names, model names, and trademarks may be used only to identify compatibility or describe intended use. Unless expressly stated, My-Handcraft is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially licensed by those third parties.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
- To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- To transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or unauthorized automated requests
- To interfere with Site security, operation, or another person's use
- To collect personal information without authorization
- To submit false information, impersonate another person, or make unauthorized purchases
We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, customers, or our legal rights.
15. Third-Party Services, Links, and Shopify
The Site may contain third-party services or links that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to the third party's terms and policies.
Optional third-party tools, integrations, payment services, and other features may be provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for issues arising solely from a third party's operation.
Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used by the Site but is not the seller of My-Handcraft products. Unless otherwise required by law, sales are between the customer and OPTIMAL GO (HONG KONG) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, operating as My-Handcraft. We remain responsible for our products, fulfillment, customer service, returns, and refunds.
16. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its general content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Product warranties and mandatory consumer guarantees are addressed separately and are not excluded by this section.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My-Handcraft and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Site, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
19. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described there.
20. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, corporate reorganization, or operation of law, subject to applicable legal requirements.
21. Applicable Law and Mandatory Rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law. No exclusive court, jurisdiction, or mandatory arbitration forum is designated by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your place of residence.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
