IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH MY PHONE OR TABLET?

DOES IT REQUIRE A SEPARATE POWER SUPPLY?
Yes. The cooling tower requires a separate 12V power supply and is designed primarily for desk-based use.
Please confirm that the supplied plug type and input voltage are suitable for your country.
CAN I USE IT WITH MY EXISTING PHONE CASE?
Case thickness and material can reduce contact between the cooling head and the device.
Some thick, insulated, or uneven cases may need to be removed. For the best contact, use the mounting accessory included with your selected configuration.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Package contents depend on the configuration selected on the product page.
Phone cases, tablet cases, and heat-spreader accessories are included only when the corresponding configuration is selected. Please review the selected variant and package image before checkout.
HOW DO I SET UP THE COOLING SYSTEM?
Attach the cooling head using the selected mounting solution, position the tower upright, connect the cooling loop, and connect the supplied 12V power adapter.
Make sure the tubing is not sharply bent and all connections are secure. Follow the supplied manual for filling, first startup, and maintenance.
WILL IT INCREASE FPS OR STOP THERMAL THROTTLING?
The system is designed to help manage device heat during sustained workloads, but no specific frame-rate or temperature result is guaranteed.
Actual results vary by device, application, workload, cooling-head placement, case, room temperature, and humidity.
CAN CONDENSATION OCCUR?
Condensation can occur when a cooled surface falls below the room’s dew point, especially in warm or humid conditions.
Keep the device and connectors dry. Stop using the system if moisture appears and follow the product safety instructions.
IS THE COOLING SYSTEM SILENT?
No. The device-mounted cooling head does not contain a fan, but the desktop tower uses fans and a pump, so operating sound is expected.
Actual noise depends on the operating mode, placement, and surrounding environment.
